2. Services Provided
CallReplier provides an AI-powered voice agent service designed to answer missed calls on behalf of small and medium-sized businesses. Our service includes:
An AI voice agent that answers missed calls and engages callers in natural conversation.
Automated email summaries delivered to the client after each call, including caller name, phone number, summary of needs, and urgency level.
Integration with third-party tools including calendars, CRMs, and SMS platforms upon request.
Onboarding and setup within 24 hours of purchase.
3. SMS Terms & Conditions (A2P 10DLC Compliance)
Program Description: CallReplier sends SMS messages to clients for the purpose of missed call alerts, AI-generated call summaries, and service-related notifications.
Consent & Opt-In: By providing your mobile number and signing up for our service, you explicitly consent to receive recurring automated text messages from CallReplier. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your account activity and missed call volume.
How to Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to our number. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
Support: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at [email protected].
Carrier Disclaimer: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Costs: Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you.
4. Subscription and Billing
CallReplier operates on a monthly subscription basis. By completing your purchase, you authorize CallReplier to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.
Subscriptions are billed monthly on the date of initial purchase.
All fees are charged in US Dollars (USD).
Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
You are responsible for keeping your payment information current and accurate.
5. Refund Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. CallReplier does not offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
Partial month usage.
Dissatisfaction with service.
Technical issues caused by third-party providers.
Failure to use the service during the billing period. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
6. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at [email protected].
You may cancel at any time with no cancellation fee.
Your service will remain active through the end of the current billing period.
No refund will be issued for the remaining days of the current billing period.
Cancellation takes effect at the next billing cycle. To cancel, email [email protected] with your business name and request for cancellation. Cancellations are processed within 1-2 business days.
7. Fair Use Policy
Plans include up to 1,000 calls per month under standard pricing.
Accounts consistently exceeding 1,000 calls per month may be contacted to discuss a custom pricing arrangement.
CallReplier reserves the right to move high-volume accounts to a custom plan with reasonable notice.
8. Client Responsibilities & AI Accuracy
As a client, you agree to:
Provide accurate business information and ensure your phone system is configured to forward missed calls to your assigned CallReplier number.
Notify your customers that calls may be answered by an AI voice assistant where required by applicable law.
Limitation of Liability: Pro Asset Venture Group LLC shall not be liable for missed calls, business lost due to technical issues, or errors in AI-generated call summaries.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the one (1) month preceding a claim.
9. Data Privacy
We handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Wyoming.
